Returns & Refunds

THYNZAR SHWIN will accept any unworn, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of merchandise shipped date. The item must be in its original condition with all original tags attached. THYNZAR SHWIN reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

To initiate a return, please go to “My Order” section on your account, click on the item you want to return, and submit the return request. After return request is submitted, please pack the item in its original packaging, and use the enclosed UPS prepaid return label to drop off at any UPS location. The prepaid return labels are provided for your utmost convenience, and it is required that they are used for all returns, so that both customers and our return department can track the shipments. Unfortunately, we will not accept the return packages that we are unable to track.

Our standard return policy applies to pre-order items.

As soon as your return package is delivered to our return department, we will carry out the necessary checks. Once the item passes all inspections and requirements, you will receive a confirmation email. We estimate that you will receive the refund in the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
