Shipping & Payment

In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days from the purchase date and pre-order items ship within 4 to 6 weeks from order date. We ship all the items via UPS (United Parcel Service). You will be emailed as items ship, and with any updates regarding the status of your order. You may also follow your order directly from the “My Orders” section.

Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. boxes, mail forwarding services, or any address outside of the United States. THYNZAR SHWIN will only deliver your pre-order items to the address provided in your account, so that it is important to keep your contact information up to date. We are unable to re-route any packages.

When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information such as your address and billing information.  You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the pre-order.  Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your agreement to THYNZAR SHWIN of charging the full price of the products at such time.

You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and up to date.  THYNZAR SHWIN shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated.  

Due to the retail value of our products, a delivery signature is required for all orders.  If you are not home when courier arrives, the courier will leave a note with their contact details.  Contact UPS or login to your My Choice UPS account to find out if there will be a further delivery attempt or to request a hold at a UPS store or a collection point.  

We accept Visa, Master, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  Customers are required to create an account with us to make purchases as we do not offer guest checkout.
